Withdrawal Policy

If you wish to withdraw from the course, your request must be received by Georgian College in writing within 10 business days from the date of registration. Your payment will be refunded minus a $20 administrative fee. Refunds will not be processed after the withdrawal deadline.

Non-transferability Policy

This course is non-transferable.

Academic Integrity Policy

Learners who attempt to defeat the academic integrity of this course will be banned without a refund. Examples of attempts to defeat the integrity of the course include, but are not limited to, copying and/or sharing exam questions and/or misrepresentation of learner identity.

Learner Inclusiveness Policy

Oliver Publishing Inc. strives to provide equal education opportunities for all clients and potential clients (“learners”) regarding enrolment, instruction, assessment, support and reporting. This policy outlines how Oliver Publishing Inc. and its related entities treat personal information, collected in the ordinary course of business. By personal information, we mean any information about you that may be personally identifiable, including your name, address, email address, phone number, employment affiliation, and credit card information. We collect personal information when you order from our website, contact us by phone or fax, or come to our offices in person. We also collect information about your credit card when you purchase our products or services. We use the information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, customize the content and advertising of our products and services, contact you, conduct research, compile statistics, and provide anonymous reporting for internal use and external clients. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to additions or changes to the products and services that we offer and we may contact you in order to assist in the collection of statistical data or to improve the quality of our products and services, and their delivery to you.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with others, except to trusted partners who work on our behalf to provide and deliver those products and services that you have requested.

You can access and amend your personal information by contacting us any time during normal business hours, in person, by phone or fax, or through the Internet at the addresses, site, and numbers shown below.

Security and Confidentiality

Access to your personal information is limited to those employees or partners who need to contact you to deliver those goods and services that you request or in order to carry out their employment duties. We also have internal procedural and electronic safeguards in place to protect your personal information.
